The Springternship Program connects some of the brightest Stanford women to local businesses and firms for a part-time, paid, 10-week internship during the spring quarter. Springterns will be paid for their internship based on the number of hours you work per week. Springterns gain valuable, first-hand experience working in the business world with exciting local businesses.
The interns we select are motivated Stanford students from all majors and backgrounds, giving priority to dedicated SWIB members. The internship companies span all fields, including finance, marketing, social media, fashion, consulting, and more.
