The Young Women's Leadership Summit (YWLS) is an exciting opportunity for high school students to learn about the business industry through interactive workshops, engaging speaker sessions with industry professionals, and conversations with accomplished leaders, Stanford students, and like-minded peers.

Nita Kaushal

Nita Singh Kaushal is a recognized leadership expert, educator, and the founder of Miss CEO, a global organization that has empowered over 200,000 students with world-class leadership training and mentorship. A lecturer at the Stanford School of Engineering and Curriculum Director at Stanford Continuing Studies, she leverages her extensive background as a former senior manager at Yahoo! and Intel to equip professionals and emerging leaders with the practical tools needed to drive meaningful impact.

Amy Wu

Amy Wu is the founder and CEO of Manifest, an AI wellness company that creates daily mental health games for Gen Z. Manifest helps its users build positive habits and align their mindset with their goals through personalized meditations, daily affirmations and gamified challenges. Manifest is backed by a16z Speedrun, HF0, Soma Capital, Transpose Platform, amongst others.

Amy was formerly the co-founder of Player Edition, a NBA digital asset company with the Rivers and Curry families. She was also an investor at ICONIQ Growth, a late-stage VC investing in companies like Zoom, Datadog, and Snowflake. She was formerly on Morgan Stanley's Technology Investment Banking in Menlo Park and a16z. Amy holds a B.S. from Stanford University and was the former President of Stanford Women in Business.
