Makena is a $19 billion global endowment-style investment firm that spun out from the Stanford Management Company in 2006. The firm invests across all major asset classes (public equities, fixed income, private equity and venture capital, real estate, natural resources, and hedge funds), providing summer interns with exposure to many different types of investing.
