Ms Olayan is CEO of Olayan Financing Company, the holding entity of one of the largest conglomerates in Saudi Arabia. Olayan was listed in Forbes's 100 most powerful women in the world in 2014 and ranked as the most powerful Arab businesswoman in the world in 2015. Furthermore, Olayan is a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum, and serves on the boards of Citigroup and Rolls Royce, along with several charitable organisations in the Middle East.
