Tesla Purchasing Intern – Propulsion Systems

• Support on-going activities to source and manage suppliers for drivetrain components
• Work with cross functional teams (Product Excellence, Design Engineering, Technology Architecture, Supplier Industrialization Engineering) to optimize component supply chain, and drive internal testing & validation
• Negotiate with suppliers on cost, payment terms, quality improvements, and overall optimizations
• Manage program timing & assess and communicate risk
