Established in 1991, Stanford Management Company (SMC) invests and manages Stanford University's endowment and other financial assets. SMC’s goal is to provide financial support for the continued strength of Stanford University. This requires balancing current needs and obligations with the opportunity to grow the endowment over time, through portfolio diversification and innovative approaches to investing.
Attendees of this event will learn about the work that the Stanford Management Company does to allocate, invest, and grow Stanford's endowment of over $22 billion (as of 2015). Attendees will also learn about SMC's job openings for full-time Analysts (Class of 2017) and Summer Interns (Class of 2018, 2019, or 2020).
