Come join the Women's Community Center for a 1.5 hour workshop about the art of negotiation. Workshop moderator, Nita Singh Kaushal '03, will provide tangible tools to feel empowered and be successful in negotiating as a student or new grad.

You'll learn how to: 

- Develop a confident approach to starting the negotiation conversation with a current, future, or prospective employer. 

- Assess your market value. 

- Leverage real-life examples of what has worked for many professionals in negotiating job offers, raises, bonuses, and promotions.

This event is open to all members of the Stanford community. All identities/backgrounds/experience levels welcome and encouraged!
