ABOUT BAIN & COMPANY

Bain & Company is one of the world's leading management consulting firms. We support companies in important decisions on strategy, operations, technology, organization, private equity and M&A – cross-industry and cross-border. Together with its clients, Bain works towards achieving clear competitive advantages and upgrading enterprise value over the long term. Since our foundation in 1973, we have been measuring our success by the results of our consulting work.

We advise global leaders on their most critical issues and opportunities: strategy, marketing, organization, operations, technology, digital, advanced analytics, transformations and mergers & acquisitions, across all industries and geographies. Our unique approach to traditional change management, called Results Delivery®, helps clients measure and manage risk and overcome the odds to realize results.

We've worked with the majority of the Global 500, thousands of major regional and local organizations, hundreds of nonprofits, and private equity funds representing 75 percent of global equity capital. We are proud of our clients' track record, like the fact that our public clients have historically outperformed the stock market 4 to 1.

Bain’s business is helping to make our clients more valuable. Our focus is on delivering results, not reports for our clients. We emphasize practical recommendations and how to make them happen. Bain consultants celebrate impact, not intellectual elegance. We are direct, practical, down-to-earth, and we always put our clients’ needs first.

At Bain, we believe that excellence is achieved through diversity. We strive to recruit people with exceptional talent and ability – and to celebrate their differences. We develop and train them and then give them the opportunity to be the best they can be. We’re committed to making Bain a place where all people have the chance to succeed.
