CSWS, Community Service Work Study, is a Haas Center program that allows eligible students to gain meaningful public service work experience at a nonprofit, government, or Native American tribal organization. Students self-design their 9-week paid internship where they explore an interest or apply what they have learned in the classroom in a community-focused work environment. Placements is restricted to anywhere in the United States. Guidance in this process is found in the program website (http://bit.ly/stanfordcsws) or a drop-in advising with a CSWS Advisor.
