Piper Jaffray & Co. is a leading investment bank and asset management firm. We are seeking bright, undergraduate students to participate in the fourth annual Career Exploration Program (CEP). The momentum for this year's program is at an all-time high due to outstanding success in 2017, including the appointment of a new CEO and President.

One way we demonstrate this dedication is through our annual Career Exploration Program. During this program students will not only have the opportunity to learn about possible career paths within investment banking, equities, fixed income, and public finance, but will also gain firsthand insight into the people and culture of Piper Jaffray.
The Career Exploration Program is a two-day program scheduled to be held on May 22-23, 2017 at our downtown Minneapolis, MN headquarters. This program is a pipeline for our full-time positions and our internship opportunities across seven nationwide Piper Jaffray offices. The CEP application process is open to students from all majors and disciplines and is designed to attract high-achieving, diverse candidates, which includes female, Black, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Asian, and LGBTQ students. Additionally, participants who indicate a specific interest in Investment Banking will have the opportunity to be reviewed early for summer IB analyst internship (class of 2020) and full-time (class of 2019) opportunities. Although the Program will be held in Minneapolis, participants are eligible to be considered for career opportunities in our other U.S. Investment Banking office locations: Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, New York, and San Francisco.
