Blockchain at Berkeley is hosting SHE256, the largest Women in Blockchain Conference to date, held at UC Berkeley on April 23rd, 2018. The conference will feature speakers including Professors Elaine Shi and Dawn Song, Dfinity's Dr. Mahnush Movahedi, WEF's Sheila Warren, Ethereum Foundation's Aya Miyaguchi and many others.
We want to highlight and connect communities with the blockchain industry that strive for inclusion, equality, and professionalism and are partnering with all similarly committed individuals and organizations in this objective.
This conference will explore the ground-breaking research, protocols and specific applications of blockchain led by women in the space. We want to foster collaborations between researchers, professionals, and students to help women get access the right resources and enter the industry with confidence, while also highlighting the achievements of prominent strong women already established in the space. We encourage everyone to come regardless of gender or experience level. Come celebrate and learn with us!
