WCC Winter Workshop

"What will happen when we think about what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?"

This question inspired four decades of research and the development of the Clifton Strengths assessment, which measures natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Today, Gallup research shows that people who use their strengths daily are six times more likely to be engaged at work and three times more likely to say they have an excellent quality of life. Who wouldn’t want that? In this workshop, we will explore leadership and impact through the lens of strengths, based on your results from the Clifton Strengths assessment: what do they reveal about how you best strategize, influence, build relationships, and get things done? This workshop will help you articulate not just why, but how you most naturally achieve success, and how to put this knowledge to future action."

Please note: Prior to the workshop, participants will complete the online Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment. An access code to complete this assessment will be provided upon RSVP.

To RSVP for the workshop, please complete this form. Please RSVP by Monday, January 14th at 11:59 PM to get an access code for the assessment.

We’re also excited to announce our other workshops coming up later this quarter! Please save the date, and sign-ups will be sent out soon.
