This is the second in a series of four workshops about the process of evaluating a new venture idea. This workshop highlights how to use techniques from Design Thinking to develop customer insight and empathy as an important step to identifying a potential new product or service that meets customer needs. Russ Siegelman from the Startup Garage teaching team will share techniques for developing customer empathy, followed by examples and Q&A.
This workshop is relevant to all venture forms (nonprofit, for-profit, tandem). RSVP is required.
