XP HealthThe best way to help your employees with their vision health is to have the optometrists come to your office.

XP Health was founded by a team of Stanford and Berkeley alumni and eye doctors to provide concierge eye care onsite, directly to employees.

The offering is simple: we bring a board-certified optometrist for a day to do eye exams with your employees. It’s hyper convenient, as we can set up in almost any small conference room. Employees use their insurance to pay for the exams and glasses, maximizing their benefits. All your HR team does is forward our scheduling system link to employees. In sum: we are an innovative turnkey wellness solution that increases productivity and morale and reduces employee absences.

97% of employees have rated the exam as high/very high quality and 100% of them want XP Health to continue to be offered as a benefit.
