If you are interested in investing or want to learn how to become ~financially savvy~ please consider joining Smart Woman Securities! SWS is a national organization that promotes financial literacy and investment education for women on college campuses. The Stanford chapter is now in its third year. For the first time ever, we are hosting a SPRING SEMINAR SERIES! The spring seminar series has a bunch of amazing events lined up with speakers from renowned VC firms, entrepreneurs, bankers, and more! Last seminar series included speakers like Ann Miura-Ko of Floodgate, Dain DeGroff of Triangle Peak Partners, and Kristin Johnson of Altamont Capital Partners. We start with the seminar series to give every member a strong foundation, so no knowledge of finance/investing is required and we welcome all majors and backgrounds. After the spring seminar series, members are invited to join our research teams & stay involved! Moreover, they join a network of thousands of SWS alums.
