Merit America Full Time Opportunities
Merit America is hiring for several key roles in our D.C. and Dallas sites (see all roles here, with a few highlighted below). We are a startup nonprofit preparing low-wage workers for skilled careers at scale, with a goal of driving $100M in wage gains in the next two years.
We've raised over $4M in philanthropy from strategic funders like Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, Schmidt Futures, Strada and Walmart Foundation, and secured partnerships with JPMorgan Chase, Amazon, Google and other leading employers. We've had incredible results from our first five cohorts, and built a scrappy 13-person team with backgrounds in tech, gov't, consulting and more - which we're now rapidly expanding!
Associate Site Director (D.C.) - will lead our D.C. site, with responsibility for end-to-end site management and growing our 3-person local team
Employer Partnerships Manager (D.C.) - will lead regional employer partnerships in the D.C. metro area and help develop our national employer outreach strategies
Employer Partnerships Manager (Dallas) - will lead regional employer partnerships in the Dallas metro area and help expand our fast-growing site
Strategy Consultant (D.C.) - will lead critical strategic projects; a great role for externs and/or secondees from management consulting firms
