Future of Beauty Ideathon
Interested in learning about the future of the beauty industry and pitching your ideas? Want to get free BOBA & make-up and win beauty products, DNA tests, and AirPods?
ASES is partnering with Japan/US VC World Innovation Lab (WiL) and JBeauty brand KOSÉ to host a Future of Beauty Ideathon on Saturday January 25th from 2:00PM-5:00PM! Location TBD.
Come for an opportunity to learn about the beauty industry and areas being explored in beauty incorporating new advancements in biology, tech, and other disciplines from a KOSÉ executive. Areas of interests include but aren’t limited to leveraging DNA, biometrics, AI/ML, 3D facial scanning, and more! Students teams of four will work together to ideate a novel product/service incorporating innovations with beauty, develop a pitch, and present to a panel of judges. Participants of all backgrounds/skills are welcomed, and you don’t need to come in with an idea.
Our judges include KOSE Executive Taki Morimatsu, WiL partner Namiko Kajiwara, and founder of start-up Cosme Hunt Chloe Takahashi. Prizes for the top three winning teams feature KOSÉ beauty products, a free DNA test/report, and AirPods! Furthermore, we will provide free KOSÉ samples and boba!
