Lucy Guo is a VC and the Co-Founder of Backend Capital, an early stage fund focused on investing in brilliant engineers. She dropped out of Carnegie Mellon for the Thiel Fellowship, later working at Quora and becoming the first female product designer at Snapchat. She also is a Co-Founder and was the COO of Scale AI, a billion dollar AI data labeling startup that went through Y Combinator. Lucy Guo was named as a Forbes 30 Under 30 for co-founding Scale.
