Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking team based in Menlo Park, CA is seeking 2021 summer internship (Class of 2022) candidates. The group offers analysts the opportunity to work across various industry verticals (software, internet, hardware, semiconductors, etc.) and products (M&A, IPO, private financing, debt and convertibles, activism defense, etc.), advising leading technology companies and financial sponsors.
