Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Learn the Business

At Moelis, our Human Capital Management (HCM) team partners across disciplines to share the perspectives and insights that lead us to exceptional opportunities. You’ll partner with the senior and junior members of the Campus Recruiting Team on various projects relating to the Firm’s recruitment and talent management initiatives. Responsibilities will include coordinating program implementation and management of the Global Summer & Full-Time Analyst & Associate Programs, planning and coordinating networking events for the Firm’s junior talent, actively participating in the Summer Analyst and Summer Associate recruitment cycle, building out and developing strategic initiatives for the team, as well as a variety of additional ad hoc projects.

Qualifications & Skills

- A recent grad with an excellent academic record and a demonstrated interest in Human Capital through previous work experience and coursework

- Ideal candidate has 0-3 years of work experience

- A critical thinker with strong qualitative and analytical skills who expresses thoughts and ideas clearly both in oral and written communications

- A proactive and organized self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and experience and comfort in Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting to effectively manage time and tight deadlines while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to execute, sometimes on deliverables from multiple and conflicting sources, and prioritize accordingly

- Strategic thinker and planner; ability to exercise sound judgment when navigating through unanticipated challenges

- Applicant Tracking System knowledge is a plus
