Stanford GSB Women’s Circles is recruiting its next class of Associates. Women’sCircles’ mission is to grow a thriving community of GSB alumnae. Circles create meaningful relationships between GSB alumnae as they connect with and support each other—both personally and professionally—through the arc of their lives. GSB Women’s Circles is the fastest-growing GSB alumni program! 

This is a great opportunity to work with amazing, talented & powerful GSB alumnae on projects that are highly impactful to the success of the broader GSB alumni community.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Each Associate will support Circles’ alumnae leaders in the committee activities. Some sample activities include:

  • Support assigned committees across periodic meetings, execution of key priorities for the coming year (ex: supporting new-in person region launches, analysis of potential future regions, creating a toolkit for launch)

  • Support Circle formation activities, optimizing for timezones, geographic and cultural considerations

  • Partner with the Learning & Development Committee to design & improve Circles content

  • Develop a pool of diversity and inclusion resources to support content for Circles, including identifying and securing a diverse pool of speakers for DEI content

TIME COMMITMENT

  • 2-3 hours/week (including the summer months, if possible)

  • Year-long commitment: May 10th, 2021 - March 31, 2022

REQUIREMENTS

  • Commitment to supporting GSB alumnae, with reliability & hyper-responsiveness

  • Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills

  • Great written and verbal communicator

  • Curiosity & determination to further the mission of GSB Women’s Circles
