Recalc Finance Accelerator - Spring 2022 Cohort

The Recalc Academy Finance Accelerator program is designed to help you launch your career in private equity and alternative investments. The program is co-led by Katie Fifer, former private equity VP (Audax Group, Paxion Capital) and founder of Recalc Academy, and Jill Pierce, founder of Carter Pierce, a top private equity recruiting firm. They work in close collaboration with many of the leading private equity and alternative investment firms. They place a special emphasis on training and developing candidates historically underrepresented within private equity. This includes women, first generation students, underrepresented minorities, and students from schools without traditional on-campus finance recruiting. They look for incredibly hard-working students and graduates ready to dedicate themselves to launching their career in finance.
