About the Role:
Injective Labs is seeking a digitally savvy marketing maven to develop and execute our marketing strategies and creative campaigns. In this role, you will work directly with the marketing team and management to accelerate our growth across global markets. You will be responsible for building out our marketing campaigns, leading negotiations, closing prospects, and executing retention initiatives to ensure that the business objectives of our marketing campaigns are met.
Additionally, the Marketing Analyst will contribute to the development and education of the greater team on best practices and technologies. We are seeking a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude and understands the world of influencers.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify key influencers within designated verticals
Develop and execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns in key markets
Be in charge of building and managing your pipeline to ensure the achievement of set objectives
Manage analytical tools to track and evaluate performance - Achieve coverage ROI & target
Lead daily, weekly and monthly reporting on results (posts, reach, traffic, conversions, etc)
Provide feedback and monitor marketing activity and proactively provide content ideas for influencers
Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate construct creative briefs for influencers
Liaise with the community team and external agencies to lead negotiations, close prospects, and execute retention initiatives to ensure the business objectives of the influencer program are met
Be an effective self-starter and ensure all campaigns are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented
Requirements:
Possess a strong, proven interest in the crypto space
Have prior knowledge of blockchain
Understand the current DeFi landscape
Extraordinary communicator with demonstrated writing, editing, and speaking skills
Has previously worked in DeFi or traditional finance
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Working on a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline at a top university
Must be fluent in English
Excellent marketing and communication strategy skills
Has experience with managing and growing a consumer base
Represents the values of the company and is a key member of the team
