The Company
Alpine Investors is a private equity firm based in San Francisco, CA that is completely reimagining the private equity space. Alpine was founded in 2001 and focuses on majority buyouts of founder owned businesses and corporate carveouts in the software, online/ecommerce, and services industries.
Your Role
As the Talent Analyst, you are crucial to scaling their Alpine operating playbook – creating engaged cultures and communities of highperforming leaders. You’ll be empowered to own the day-to-day management of a fast-growing leadership and culture program, poised to change the lives of thousands of people across their portfolio. Working with the Talent Experience team, you’ll leverage tactical program management and a commitment to client success to prove that investing in leaders, cultures, and communities enable companies to achieve superior financial returns.
What You’ll Do
As the Talent Analyst, you’ll own the business operations of the Talent Experience, bringing this transformational program to life for thousands of people by:
• Owning the business operations of our PeopleFirst Leadership program, executive coaching, and C-Suite talent experience.
o Own and manage our team’s P&L.
o Manage the program database in Microsoft Excel and oversee processes to execute the coaching and leadership programs efficiently and effectively.
o Administering leadership development tools, including facilitating 360-feedback using the Leadership Profile and DiSC assessments to provide guidance and motivate clients’ growth through coaching.
• Driving key initiatives to increase our program offerings and portfolio engagement.
o Generate unprecedented growth by designing new product offerings, creating targeted marketing, and providing exceptional client support.
o Administer feedback surveys and execute strategic data analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and collect company KPIs, including employee NPS, employee retention, and DE&I metrics.
o Create experiences such as workshops and summits to build professional communities across our portfolio executive populations.
• Supporting additional strategic Initiatives across the team and the firm, including:
o Help set the direction of the C-Suite talent experience by contributing and executing on ideas.
o Design and coordinate Growth Summit for hundreds of leaders across our Alpine portfolio.
o Learn facilitation skills and assist with workshops as needed for members of the PeopleFirst team

Experience
• Undergraduate degree
• 1-2+ years owning operations and driving development of a product or program, OR
• 1-2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in talent, consulting or customer success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office managing live spreadsheets and designing slides.
• Demonstrated business acumen, and current knowledge of industry and organizational trends. Compensation
