Bain & Company Freshman Leadership Accelerator (FLA)
Bain and Company is pleased to host Bain’s Freshman Leadership Accelerator (FLA) Program, a hybrid freshman diversity program designed to provide undergraduate students with exposure to casing and leadership skill development.
The Freshman Leadership Accelerator Program is focused on giving high-achieving undergraduate freshman/first year students who identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx or Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Inuit, Métis and First Nations), exposure to leaders in business and to the consulting world.
Through FLA, you will:
Hear from business leaders and connect with other undergraduate students through a series of virtual and in person sessions
Gain exposure to consulting through a one-day case simulation
Have an opportunity to interview early for Bain’s 2024 Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) Program
In person programming for FLA will take place in several Bain offices across the U.S. in the spring. Exact dates will be provided to those who are selected for the program.
You are encouraged to apply if you meet the following criteria:
- Current freshman/first year students who plan to graduate in winter 2025 or spring/summer 2026
- Identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx or Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Inuit, Métis and First Nations)
- Outstanding academic performance
- Strong leadership and team skills
- Energized by solving tough problems and driving real impact
