Bridge to Consulting Workshop Overview

During this immersive workshop in the spring, attendees will:

  • Learn about the firm and the collaborative work they do

  • Meet inspirational BCG leaders and consultants

  • Network and build connections with peers from across the nation

  • Participate in interview prep to develop your interview toolkit


Characteristics of a Bridge to Consulting Candidate:

  • Current freshman/first year or sophomore/second year student at a U.S. or Canadian university who expects to graduate in 2025 or 2026, and identifies as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, or Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native

  • Outstanding academic achievement

  • Passionate and natural problem solvers

  • Strong leadership skills and team players

  • Excellent communication skills

Sophomore/Second Year Application Deadline: Wednesday, February 1, 2023 by 11:59 PM ET
Freshman/First Year Application Deadline: Wednesday, March 1, 2023, by 11:59 PM ET

You will be asked to provide:

  • Resume

  • Cover letter (optional—you may upload your resume twice if the system requires an upload and you do not want to submit a cover letter) 

  • College transcripts

  • ACT and/or SAT scores with subscore breakdowns (for U.S. candidates)

  • Your top 3 office preferences (weighted to reflect your level of interest in each)


Please Note:
If you apply to a US BCG office, you will receive an email inviting you to play the pymetrics games after you submit your application. These 12 neuroscience-based games provide insight into your cognitive and emotional attributes and your potential for success at BCG. The games take about 25 minutes to play, and you will have 48 hours to play them after receiving the invitation. For more information on pymetrics, please click here.
