2016 Bank of America Insight Programs: Emerging Women and Elevate Diversity Forum
From May 9 - 13, 2016 the diversity campus team will be hosting our inaugural Bank of America Diversity Insight Programs. This program is a series of one and a half day events targeted at Women, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Native American freshmen and sophomores interested in our career opportunities. The event will provide us the opportunity to build a strong talent pipeline for our 2017 Summer Programs. The underclassmen will have the opportunity to meet business professionals, learn about our firm and the financial services industry, start developing key skill sets and start preparing for the 2017 summer recruiting/interview season.

Bank of America Elevate Diversity Forum
The Bank of America Elevate Diversity Forum provides undergraduate Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, Alaskan Native and American Indian freshmen and sophomore students the opportunity to participate in a one and a half day emersion experience to kick start your career.
Hosted by our businesses professionals, you will have the opportunity to hear first-hand of their experience while learning about the unique culture and history of the Bank. You will have the opportunity to meet with senior leaders and industry experts, in addition to attending workshops and learning how the recruiting process works.

It provides a unique opportunity to meet business professionals first hand, learn about the financial services industry and start preparing for the recruiting interview season.
