Morgan Stanley Spring Diversity Events

At Morgan Stanley, we know that the diversity of our people is one of our greatest strengths. One way we demonstrate this commitment is through our Firmwide Diversity Events, which are an integral part of our diversity recruiting efforts helping to attract undergraduate talent.

Available Programs

Sales & Trading Enrichment Program (February 19th): This one-day event provides Women, Black, and Hispanic sophomores in-depth exposure to the Sales & Trading businesses (including Fixed Income and Institutional Equity) as well as the Firm’s culture. Participating students will pipeline into the 2017 Summer Intern recruiting process. Application Deadline: January 31st 

Early Insights Programs: These one-day programs allow freshmen and sophomores to explore the financial services industry and become familiar with opportunities across the Firm, our businesses, and culture.  Participating students will pipeline into the 2017 or 2018 Summer Intern recruiting processes. We currently offer programs for students who identify as:

·         Black and Hispanic (February 25th): Application Deadline: January 31st

·         Women (March 4th): Application Deadline: January 31st

·         LGBT (March 31st): Application Deadline: February 28th  

·         Veterans (Fall 2016): Application Deadline: September 5th

Additional Details

·         All events feature workshops providing an opportunity to learn what it takes to be successful throughout the recruiting season, exposure to various divisions, and networking with Morgan Stanley professionals

·         You are welcome to apply to up to 3 programs; we encourage students to apply to the programs that focus on the populations they identify with and/or the divisions they are interested in pursuing

·         All events will be held at our headquarters in New York City, and students selected for the program will have domestic travel expenses paid for both to and from the event; participation is limited

·         Eligible candidates must be currently enrolled at a four year accredited institution and provide their resume with a current GPA
