BCG Bridge to Consulting Workshop/Sophomore Externship (4/17)

BCG's Bridge to Consulting Workshop and Sophomore Externship programs seek a group of highly talented members of the Black1 and/or Hispanic2student community who will relish the opportunity to experience life as an Associate at BCG. You will gain an in depth understanding of management consulting as well as exposure to our teams, our work, and our culture.

The BCG Bridge to Consulting program consists of an intensive two day workshop that is open to students that will be graduating as part of the Class of 2017, 2018, and 2019. The workshop will take place May 25-26 in the BCG Chicago office. Hotel, travel, transportation, and meal costs for this program are funded by BCG.

The Sophomore Externship program is open to students graduating in the Class of 2018. First round interviews for the Externship will take place during the workshop as a part of the Bridge to Consulting event.

The BCG Sophomore Externship program consists of a week-long shadowing experience where students will work with and be a member of a BCG case team.

At the end of the week-long externship, students will have a final round interview for a Summer of 2017 internship position in a participating BCG US office. Travel and transportation for the Sophomore Externship are funded by BCG. The Sophomore Externship will take place in August 2016; exact dates vary by office.
