Coefficient Capital Internship

Coefficient Capital, based in San Francisco, CA, is looking to bring on two rock star undergraduate summer associates.

Coefficient Capital, a venture debt fund, specializes in supplying growth capital to promising startups with strong unit economics to help them massively scale. The summer associates will be responsible for meeting with prospective companies, working directly with our managing directors to evaluate deals, corresponding with our equity co-investors, and researching the venture debt industry.

Key skills or attributes required for the role include the following:

  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess multiple sources of business data, financial data and similar information - to draw conclusions, and tell a cogent story
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with partners across many functions and lines of business
  • Skilled and experienced with the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or similar applications) for business analysis and presentations. Experience on any analytics platforms (eg Mixpanel, Localytics, etc) as well as SQL a bonus, though not required
