Product Manager description: We are looking for someone ambitious and motivated to lead our Product efforts. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for changing the shopping experience, knowledge of the latest trends, a good grasp of mobile web interfaces, and knows how to ship a great product.

Building the most innovative and best performing fashion stylist chatbot product
Cross-functional collaboration with CEO, BD and Eng, to drive product vision
Work directly with the engineering team to execute on the product vision
Ownership of product and projects, from ideation through delivery (and follow-through on refinements)
Manage and evolve the product roadmap, to ensure continued strong performance
Serving as mode.ai’s product representative with customers, at conferences, in the press, etc...
Desired skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3-5 yrs of relevant Product Management experience
Strong leadership skills and abilities
Team player, with excellent communication skills both oral and written
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Tech-saavy, business-minded, and understands and can translate the needs of our partners and consumers into our product
Demonstrated ability to create compelling consumer experiences for mobile (preferred) and/or online
Balance between execution ability (getting things done) and creative ability (coming up with the right solutions)
Strong skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and defining products that address all the relevant use-cases
Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and making data-driven decisions to enhance products and features
Passion for building products with a great user experience
