Stanford Kudla Fund Application (4/15)
The Stanford Kudla Fund is a student-run long/short hedge fund currently managing just over $1M. We are a diverse group of undergraduate and graduate students from a number of disciplines who collectively manage all portions of the Fund, including idea generation, strategy pitches, market discussion, and portfolio management and review.
The Fund consists of both quantitative and fundamental strategy teams and we are currently recruiting for both teams for the Spring and Summer. The equities team relies on fundamental market research across a range of sectors to develop pitches for both long and short positions. The quant team is in the process of developing a series of algorithmic trading tools which will soon be live for testing, trading, and optimization.
Please see below for our application and further detail regarding the Fund.
We are looking for individuals who are excited, creative, and ready to get hands-on experience in finance and investing. Participation in the fund can optionally count towards 1 course unit (MS&E 149: https://goo.gl/nZ7DJ2). We welcome all applicants and ask that you answer the following questions thoughtfully. This application will close at 5pm on April 15th, 2017.
