Barclays Sophomore Springboard Program (3/12)
Currently a sophomore? Focus your career interests and develop essential skills at our Sophomore Springboard program. You'll visit our New York office in April to explore career opportunities in Banking, Compliance, Equity Research, Finance, Human Resources, Public Finance, Sales & Trading and Technology. During this program, you will take part in business and soft skill training workshops as well as interview preparation sessions. Following your experience, you'll be paired up with a mentor who will help you build your Barclays network and gear up for internship interviews in the fall of your junior year.
