At MuleSoft, the Industry Marketing team is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy across the company’s strategic verticals, and is run by industry experts from leading universities with backgrounds from companies like McKinsey, Google, and PwC.
We are looking for an ambitious undergraduate intern to help us expand our market reach by developing the marketing and messaging foundation for emerging verticals.
The work this intern drives will serve as the foundation for our long-term industry go-to-market, and will have the opportunity to impact millions of dollars in revenue attainment in 2019 and 2020.
Within your first 30 days, you will have acquired a functional understanding of our product, how marketing at Mulesoft works, and the integration software market. You will leverage this knowledge to develop an informed hypothesis on how we should prioritize market segments and use cases in currently unaddressed verticals
Within your first 60 days, you will have crafted foundational messaging for three new verticals: Energy & Utilities, Communications & Media, and Travel / Transportation / Hospitality
By the end of your internship, you will have developed an end to end sales play in one of the three new verticals listed above and will present a read-out to sales and marketing leadership.
