BCG Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Application Deadline and Process (Class of 2022)

Our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Sophomore Internship Program provides a highly select group of Black/African American and Hispanic/Latino sophomores the opportunity to experience BCG’s work and culture during a ten week program. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a junior-year internship offer.
