Deals Strategy: Commercial due diligence, M&A strategy, growth strategy, and “search and screen” engagements across all verticals/industries
Deals Strategy sits at the intersection between Strategy& (formerly Booz & co) and PwC’s Deals practice, and focuses on providing commercial due diligence and growth strategy consulting work to Private Equity and corporate clients. Our work focuses on M&A from a strategic lens across industry sectors. Our US has four regional offices: New York, Chicago, Houston, and San Francisco.
Health Industries (HIA) - Sectors: Health Services (Payer/Provider), Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences (Suppliers), Innovators/New Entrants
