The Program & Role

environment with guidance to achieve their potential. Our Aspiring Executive Program is
a one-of-a-kind opportunity for motivated undergraduates seeking the fastest path to
becoming an executive or CEO. The program transcends the typically limited views of
what analysts can do. We wholeheartedly believe that investing in great talent is the key
to achieving our mission, and that starts at the analyst level.


In this program, you will have exposure to the essential operating functions of a
high-performing business, and be trained to become a business leader. You will begin
as an Operations Analyst, step into a Chief of Staff role, rise into a General Manager or
C-suite role at one of our growing companies, and then become a CEO.

As an Operations Analyst, your mandate is to support organic growth for our portfolio of
businesses, drive Evergreen-wide initiatives, and perform operational diligence and
onboarding for new acquisitions. You will sit across three main functions:

1. Portfolio Company Board: work alongside Evergreen CEOs and executives to
drive strategic direction & growth
2. Growth Playbook: execute on growth levers (e.g. pricing, margin expansion,
sales & marketing) across the portfolio
3. M&A: Drive operational diligence efforts on platform investments & co-inform
deal theses


This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are seeking the competency set to run a
business and an expedited path to P&L ownership.


Typical Path for someone joining our Aspiring Executive Program:
● Ops analyst for two to three years
● Chief of staff for one to two years
● GM or C-level role at an OpCo for two to three years
