COMPANY OVERVIEW
ASG acquires uniquely positioned SaaS companies and builds them into industry leading software platforms. Since our founding in 2016, we have acquired over 50 software businesses across 10 different industries, including healthcare, human services, logistics, hospitality, retail, and more. We are currently investing out of our third vehicle of $550m and fourth vehicle of $750m, and have deployed over $1b of capital to date.
We are a “PeopleFirst” company, which means we fundamentally believe that working with, learning from, and developing exceptional people is the key to building enduring businesses. We also believe that talent is based on what you can do and not what you’ve done, that knowledge sharing makes us all better, that data makes us all smarter, and that capital can be a force for good. We invest in people and companies for the long haul.
The ASG team hires for attributes over experience and has a diverse team of professionals with a variety of undergraduate degrees. ASG is headquartered in the Bay Area, with offices in San Francisco and Walnut Creek. To find out more, visit www.alpinesg.com.
